We collect this information through forms,  email commissions, and so on.  The information is collected voluntarily.  To receive our products and services, addresses and telephone numbers are mandatory in order that we can contact you  in the event of problems concerning either payment or delivery. Other information we request is optional.

The information collected by ArtHouse will be used solely for the purpose of speedily and effectively carrying out our legitimate service. Customers provide contact details (telephone numbers, email addresses etc ) so that we can better carry out commissions and resolve problems.

Users will not, under normal circumstances, receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals, or newsletters.

We do not share data with third parties: (with the exception of address details for the express purpose of shipping )

Although ArtHouse reserves the right to use completed commissions as it sees fit for promotional purposes, it will not reveal any personal details of the client or subject.

ArtHouse is committed to maintaining  the accuracy of our information.  Users may access their own personal information and contact us about inaccuracies they may find by email  Users may delete their information by email, quoting their surname and postcode in the subject field and the text: "remove details" in the body.

Part IV. Problem Resolution
If problems arise, users may contact ArtHouse by email. We are committed to resolving disputes within 14 days.

Part V. Data Storage and Security
ArtHouse protects user information by means of a firewalled personal server. We do not collect personal financial details (credit card numbers or bank details) but use the secure and encrypted payment services provided by Paypal .
