DAMAGED/UNDELIVERED GOODS: Goods should be returned to us if they are received by you in a damaged condition. If the packaging has been crushed or bent, please do not accept the parcel. Damaged goods must be returned in the original packaging within 1 week of receipt. Goods which are subsequently damaged after receipt will not be replaced. Goods are normally dispatched with 21 days of a commission being received. In the rare event of them not having arrived within 28 days of ordering, the customer’s local post office should be contacted to eliminate the possibility of a failed delivery before contacting ArtHouse. The customer is liable for all additional costs to ArtHouse incurred in producing and shipping replacement artwork.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS: ArtHouse.uk.com attempts to describe the products offered on the site as accurately as possible. However, ArtHouse.uk.com does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
